Information Referral (I&R) provides information to soldiers and their family members, regarding military and civilian resources available to address a wide range of client requests, using resource files, A Military One Source and other reference materials. Provides client referral services. Refers clients to the appropriate agency or organization who can assist with the problem need. Provides agency contact information such as phone numbers, address, point of contact, hours of operation and services provided. Provides crisis intervention counseling to clients in order to establish emotional support and to provide appropriate assistance. OTHER SITES OF INTEREST:
