Mission: Principal staff advisor to Commanders, Managers, Supervisors and employees in assuring equal employment opportunity for all employees, applicants for employment, former employees and certain contract workers. Provides direction and coordination for the development and implementation of plans, policies and procedures for the installation’s affirmative employment programs. Develop and conduct training in the Prevention of Sexual Harrassment, Diversity Management, EEO for Supervisors, Managers and Employees and other matters related to EEO.

EEO Complaint Processing with an Alternate Dispute Resolution Program (Mediation); Training and Development; Ethnic/National Observances; Seminars/Workshops; Employee Surveys and Community Outreach Programs.
