Personnel who accomplish a Personally Procured Move (PPM) move must process their packets through the personal property section. Immediate processing will expedite any PPM payments due.
Normal delivery time for personal property placed in temporary storage is 5 to 7 working days. However, during peak season (May - Sep) delivery time could be as high as 14 working days.
OUTBOUND (DEPARTING) PERSONAL PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Immediately upon receipt of orders, contact outbound personal property section to make an appointment for briefing. After briefing, normal pick up time is 7 - 10 working days. During peak season (May - Sep) this could expand to 10 - 14 working days. On day of personal property pick up, quarters must be clean and free of insects. Also, focus should be on moving.

The Directorate of Logistics Transportation Division provides quality assurance inspectors for routine inspection of personal property being delivered or packed/picked up. Pick up and Delivery of Personal Property is not supposed to start before 8 AM, nor go past 9 PM. However, due to increased workload, pick ups and deliveries may begin before 8 AM and go past 9 PM with the soldiers/owner's permission.
