Our Mission
The Fort Polk Federal Magistrate Court hears all cases in which individuals were given citations for misdemeanors or petty offenses committed on the installation.

What We Do

The Medical Evaluation Board Outreach Counsel (MEBOC) is here to inform, assist and advocate for Soldiers during the Medical Evaluation Board process up until the point Soldiers file their elections/ rebuttals of their informal PEB results.  MEBOCs also provide legal assistance to Warriors in Transition and their Dependents. They assist ALL Soldiers going through the MEB process, regardless of assigned unit.
